We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions — we work collectively to test, adapt and embed what works in real school contexts, ensuring that every child and every member of staff can belong and grow.​​​

What We Do
Co-Developing and Delivering Targeted Programmes
We design and deliver innovative intervention programmes that address key challenges around inclusion, behaviour, belonging, and student engagement — all developed with schools, not for them.

Inclusion Leads
Our network includes dedicated Inclusion Leaders who work across schools to build staff capacity, strengthen relationships, and create consistent, compassionate approaches to support.

Peer Review and Reflective Practice
We facilitate structured peer reviews that help schools reflect on their practice, identify areas for growth, and share learning in a supportive, non-judgemental way.

Sharing Knowledge and Resources
Whether it’s a new curriculum approach, staff training tool, or student resource, we regularly share ideas, strategies and materials developed by practitioners, for practitioners.

Supporting Parents and Families
We help schools strengthen relationships with families, offering practical tools, communication strategies, and guidance to build strong home–school partnership.​​​
Strengthening the Education Ecosystem
At Compass, we believe schools don’t exist in isolation — they are vital parts of a wider ecosystem that shapes the lives of children and families. That’s why we actively build partnerships beyond the school gates, working closely with Local Authority, the SYMC, family services, community organisations, and the private sector.

By connecting education with the wider system, we create the conditions for joined-up thinking, aligned priorities, and better support for the most vulnerable. Whether it’s designing joint interventions, sharing data and insight, or amplifying the voice of schools in local decision-making, we know that collaboration across sectors leads to greater impact.

Schools have deep local knowledge and trusted relationships with young people and their families. When this expertise is connected to the resources, networks and influence of the wider sector, it strengthens the entire ecosystem — creating more responsive, inclusive and resilient support for every child.
