Welcome to Compass! Based in Sheffield and founded in 2024, Compass was created to address the urgent need for inclusive support and guidance in education. As a network committed to fostering positive change, we are dedicated to supporting students struggling with behaviour choices and empowering them to make healthier, more informed decisions. Our mission is twofold: to help students develop the skills and knowledge needed for better decision-making and to support schools in building practices that embrace inclusivity. By responding to the ongoing inclusion crisis in education, we aim to create spaces where all students feel valued and understood, contributing to a culture of growth and positive change within schools.
