This program offers students a short-term, offsite placement at one of the Compass network schools, providing them with a chance to reflect and reset expectations. It serves as a valuable intervention to address immediate behavioural concerns and promote positive change. Often used as an alternative to suspension, this approach ensures that students maintain their attendance records, are fully safeguarded, and have access to both academic and pastoral support.
